Job Summary

The Group Home Supervisor is a key position at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud, responsible for ensuring the provision of excellent services to clients in the Foster Home programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding leadership to staff at the Foster Home's, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with family members, client community partners, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage client funds and Catholic Charities budgetary funds with fiscal responsibility, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Supervise staff, conducting regular meetings, staffing deployment, and performance evaluations to ensure successful engagement and growth.
  • Ensure excellent client care through observation, monitoring, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage program tasks, including responding to reports and regulations, participating in Quality Assurance activities, and seeking professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Two years post-high school preferred.
  • Three (3) years related experience working with DDMI populations, at least two of which are working in group residential settings. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background and driving check.
