Job Description

As a Janitorial Supervisor with The Fedcap Group, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all facilities are kept clean and well-maintained, including bathrooms, hallways, kitchens, and other areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, including heavy cleaning duties, and respond to maintenance requests as needed.
  • Supervise custodial staff and provide guidance and support to ensure that all custodial work is completed to a high standard.
  • Monitor and check work to meet quality standards and ensure that all facilities are safe and secure.
  • Oversee the safety of subordinates and perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two - Four years of janitorial experience is required, with at least two years in a supervisory position.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
