Your Role:

In this dual-function position, you will spend part of your week at our leasing office, engaging with potential residents and assisting in filling vacancies, while the other part will involve light housekeeping duties in shared areas. This role requires working on Saturdays and will include split days off.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Build genuine connections with residents, ensuring a positive experience from their first interaction to move-out.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their needs with a helpful and engaging approach.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to resolve resident concerns and maintain accurate resident files.
  • Enhance your skills in effective communication, multitasking, and leadership.
  • Perform weekly housekeeping tasks, including maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
  • Assist in the leasing process, including conducting tours and preparing lease documents.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Maintain awareness of the property’s curb appeal and contribute to its upkeep.
  • Complete necessary application information from prospective residents.
  • Engage in continuous learning through our educational resources.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in leasing, customer service, or sales.
  • Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of housing laws and the ability to provide sound solutions to residents.
  • Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
