Job Summary:

NexCore Group is seeking a highly skilled Lease Administrator to join our team. As a Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for managing lease agreements, tracking lease expirations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease agreements, including reviewing, tracking, and maintaining lease documents
  • Track lease expirations and ensure timely renewal or termination of leases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including lease terms and conditions
  • Coordinate with legal teams to resolve lease-related issues
  • Assist in lease audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or real estate
  • Strong understanding of lease language, lease terms, real estate law, and commercial property management
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, proficient in Word and other Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
