Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial information to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide financial support to the organization, including assistance with the monthly close process, participation in the annual budget process, completion of annual audit schedules, and various financial analyses.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of financial applications and processes
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to interact effectively with leadership teams and stakeholders
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills and position-specific applications
  • Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Preferred Licensure: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
