Position Overview:

This role is under the supervision of the Finance Manager and is tasked with the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial data to facilitate both operational and strategic decision-making. The position also involves providing financial assistance to the organization, including support during the monthly closing process, participation in the annual budgeting cycle, completion of audit schedules, and various financial analyses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant financial role.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Proficient knowledge of financial applications and processes.
    • Ability to engage effectively with leadership teams.
    • Familiarity with financial systems.
    • Understanding of underlying process flows.
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Strong prioritization, efficiency, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant financial applications.
  • Preferred Education: Master’s Degree.
  • Preferred Licensure: CPA is preferred.
