Job Summary: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including scanning, indexing, and cataloging documents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient administrative systems and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong background in office administration, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
