Job Overview:


The Service Technician plays a crucial role in executing vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned, adhering to the standards set by the dealership and manufacturer.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct repairs as specified on work orders with precision and efficiency, in line with dealership and factory guidelines.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle malfunctions accurately by leveraging technical expertise.

3. Address repair inquiries promptly and professionally.

4. Perform test drives as necessary to confirm optimal vehicle performance.

5. Maintain detailed documentation of service and maintenance activities for each vehicle, including PA State Inspection records as mandated.

6. Utilize all tools and equipment safely, adhering to proper safety protocols during work.


7. Retain and label parts removed under warranty for return to the manufacturer, ensuring compliance with warranty management and documentation procedures.

8. Complete all service-related paperwork meticulously and legibly.


9. Enhance technical skills by participating in training sessions and shop meetings, and by reviewing service bulletins.

10. Keep the work environment clean and organized to meet safety standards set by the dealership and OSHA.

11. Dispose of residual waste or hazardous materials appropriately.

12. Attend all company-sponsored training sessions as required.

13. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License

- Valid PA State and Emission Licenses
