Job Summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team. As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resource Service Center in the Work-Related Injury Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of workers' compensation programs, including data entry and document tracking.
  • Provide guidance on routine matters to employees and management through telephone calls and email inquiries.
  • Review and handle incoming and outgoing mail, including correspondence and reports.
  • Work with the workers' compensation claims administrator system to enhance skills and knowledge in this area.
Requirements
  • One year of clerical or other comparable experience involving obtaining, providing, and evaluating information in accordance with established standards.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Pass a Pennsylvania State Police background check.
