Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform to ensure alignment with the company's sales process and goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales reps and managers regarding Salesforce, providing training and support as needed.
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations to the sales and management teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce-related tools.
  • Coordinate and manage the sales forecasting and budgeting process.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to effectively execute the sales operations strategy.
  • Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning the CRM data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

  • Experience in SAAS companies is a plus.
