Law Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Paralegal 2 with GeorgiaGov, you will play a critical role in supporting the legal team in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with various legal tasks, including document preparation, research, and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate and organized legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct research and provide support for legal cases, including gathering and analyzing data, and summarizing findings.
- Assist with case management, including coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience as a legal assistant in a legal environment; or certificate from a paralegal training program and one (1) year of experience in a legal environment; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Paralegal 1 (LET030) or position equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
