Position Overview

Under direct supervision, adhering to established food safety protocols and hygiene standards, you will assist in delivering nutritious meals and related food services to patients, staff, visitors, and cafeteria customers. The following essential duties outline the primary responsibilities of this role, with additional tasks assigned as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Sanitize kitchen utensils and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping and mopping. Organize and store food supplies. Ensure food service equipment is properly cleaned. Manage waste disposal effectively.

Essential

Proficient in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic; able to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively regarding job-related issues.

Preferred

Experience in hospitality or food service. High school diploma or equivalent.
