Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our production area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Area Management: Oversee the daily operations of the production area, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and supplies to meet production demands.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that our operations are compliant with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of six years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production staff. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other manufacturing software.
