About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at NovaWorks Solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of services, including parcel and partial/full loads, as well as contract logistics, in the Hawk Point area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sales area, building relationships with potential customers and creating customized presentations to showcase our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to prepare offers and work closely with the branch manager and central tender management for larger tenders.
  • Develop and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Accompany the implementation of new business and hand it over to our customer care department, ensuring seamless transition and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly exchange success-oriented information with operational departments to sustain and strengthen customer satisfaction with our products.
  • Design and implement sales campaigns to drive strategic growth and expansion of the branch.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in freight forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification related to transport and logistics.
  • Previous work experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a basic understanding of our services.
  • Extensive sales experience, with a proven track record of conducting negotiations and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in German and good English language skills.
