Q Center is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Guest Services and Guest Services Managers in maintaining high standards of service excellence.
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Facilitate programs and events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including guest requests, messages, and packages.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct meetings and training sessions to maintain Q Center standards and ensure employee knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • General knowledge of Opera and Passkey operating systems preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
