Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Director of Guest Services and Guest Services Managers in maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines, ensuring seamless operations.
- Facilitate programs and events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, including guest requests, messages, and packages.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.
- Conduct meetings and training sessions to maintain Q Center standards and ensure employee knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- General knowledge of Opera and Passkey operating systems preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
