We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Sparks, MD. This exciting role requires excellence in the following areas:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction ratings and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Engineering Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of reinforced concrete design, with a focus on foundations, retaining walls, and support of excavation (SOE), as well as miscellaneous structures. The role involves designing and conducting field work.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to control schedules, budgets, resources, and deliver exceptional client services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to interface with staff, management, and clients.
  • A working knowledge of geotechnical analysis and design.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Structural/Geostructural Engineering.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
