We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Project Manager to lead our design teams and support our growing team at KCI Technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in water resources engineering design, budget management, staff development, client interaction, and project management for public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of engineers and designers to develop engineering designs and project delivery for public-sector and private-sector clients.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from preliminary assessments to construction level design plans.
- Prepare project reports and submittals, and work with support staff on project setup, billing, and closeout.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff in building technical skills and overall career development.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering or related engineering field.
- Experience in project management and business development within the past 2-4 years.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex engineering concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects.
