Job Title: Cannabis Technician

At Baked Beans Farm LLC, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cannabis Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our infused cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist in the manufacturing of infused cannabis products, including gummies, chocolates, pre-rolls, concentrates, and vape carts
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a hygienic manufacturing facility
  • Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold quality standards
  • Assist in inventory management and organization of production materials
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to cannabis manufacturing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements in Massachusetts is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute repetitive tasks with precision
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
