Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production and cleaning processes, ensuring the quality and safety of our products while maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Assist in the manufacturing of infused cannabis products, including gummies, chocolates, pre-rolls, concentrates, and vape carts, adhering to strict quality and safety protocols.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold a hygienic manufacturing facility, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold quality standards, ensuring timely and efficient production processes.
  • Assist in inventory management and organization of production materials, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient inventory control.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to cannabis manufacturing, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements in Massachusetts is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute repetitive tasks with precision, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods, with a strong physical presence and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
