Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Electric Materials Company. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our sales team and clients, providing essential information about our copper products used in the generation and distribution of electricity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and coordination between clients and the sales team.
  • Respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product use, operations, and other relevant information.
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations and trade shows as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the sales team and company objectives.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of equipment, products, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for preparing reports and logs.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in industrial or electrical sales is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo technical training to gain expertise in our product line.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable, but not required. We value practical experience and skills that align with the responsibilities of the role.
