We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Electric Materials Co.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and coordination between clients and the sales team.
- Respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product use, operations, and other relevant information.
- Occasionally travel to customer locations and trade shows as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the sales team and company objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of equipment, products, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for preparing reports and logs.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in industrial or electrical sales is highly preferred.
- Willingness to undergo technical training to gain expertise in our product line.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable, but not required. We value practical experience and skills that align with the responsibilities of the role.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
