Your role will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining the Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) framework.
  • Inputting expense data, conducting thorough analyses, generating reports, and performing reconciliations using Hyperion Essbase, OFSAA, OBIEE, and PCMCS.
  • Investigating cost allocation trends, addressing discrepancies in cost records, and implementing corrective measures monthly.
  • Establishing and overseeing cost allocation processes for Budgeting, Forecasting, and Actuals.
  • Ensuring adherence to established procedures in data collection, cost allocation, and report preparation.
  • Validating cost data allocations, analyzing variance trends, and preparing insightful reports with recommendations.
  • Creating educational materials and documentation for users regarding allocation results, including activity definitions and analysis methods.
  • Utilizing SQL scripts to extract and inter-join extensive datasets from OFSAA.
  • Coordinating the monthly production process for CCOE, ensuring timely completion of required approvals.
  • Overseeing the monthly variance requirements at the Americas level and ensuring month-end closure.

Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Operations Research, or a related discipline.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in cost allocation within the Banking or Financial Services sector, with expertise in Oracle PCMCS architecture, expense data management, and analysis.

Other:
This position requires in-office work four days a week and remote work one day a week.

Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $94,000 to $119,000 annually.
