Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join our team at Collabera. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving desktop issues over the phone and by remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Use ticketing systems to manage and track support requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS networks
  • Experience with Active Directory and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
