Job Title: Helpdesk Support Analyst

Collabera is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving help desk and IT related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing tier 2 level support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT desktop support.
