We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in North Alabama. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Communicate the scope of services offered by Perimeter Healthcare, including regulatory requirements, accreditation rules, and reimbursement issues.
- Represent the facility in a professional, compassionate, and ethical manner, consistent with company policies and values.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring behavior is consistent with company policies and values.
- Act as a liaison between the community and the facility to ensure services are aligned with the needs of the community.
- High School Degree or equivalent (required); Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Healthcare (preferred); Clinical psych experience a plus.
- At least 5 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience.
