About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Surgical Reconstruction team at Integra LifeSciences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
