Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our philanthropic efforts and advance the mission of the Marcus Institute for Brain Health (MIBH) at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for engaging the community and stakeholders in support of MIBH through major and principal gifts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2-4 years of successful professional fundraising experience.
  • Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years of leadership experience in community engagement, development, or a related field, with a proven track record in board development, strategic partnerships, and major and principal fundraising success.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful professional fundraising experience, or experience in related fields like nonprofit administration, public affairs, or business development.
