- Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- 4 years of leadership experience in community engagement, development, or a related field, with a proven track record in board development, strategic partnerships, and major and principal fundraising success.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful professional fundraising experience, or experience in related fields like nonprofit administration, public affairs, or business development.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, tuition benefits, ECO pass, paid time off – vacation, sick, and holidays, and more.
- A hybrid work schedule with at least one day on campus and as needed for in-person meetings and events.
