Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Lead Generation Manager to join our team at Virtual Iron. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating high-quality leads and managing budgets.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. As a Strategic Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends and customer needs, and develop targeted marketing strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Budget Management: Manage a significant component of the company's discretionary annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Closed-Loop Lead Management: Analyze and optimize lead scoring, disposition, and tracking processes to ensure efficient lead conversion and sales pipeline growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in demand generation, preferably in a venture-backed start-up environment.
  • Skills: Advanced digital marketing skills, HTML programming, online design, graphic design, database marketing, analytics, Google adword, Search Engine Optimization, list management, email marketing best practices, salesforce.com management, budget management, advertising copywriting.
  • Education: BS/BA degree in Marketing or Liberal Arts.
