Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at RSI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, leveraging your strong negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers via phone or computer, utilizing your CRM platform expertise to track and manage leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by the deadline, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments and company news.
  • Create sales materials to present to customers, showcasing your creativity and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a distributor inside sales representative, with a proven track record of exceeding quota goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to utilize them effectively to manage leads and track sales performance.
  • Previous experience in selling to the military market and/or aerospace market, with a strong understanding of the industry and its requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
