About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Product Development Director to join our team at RTA US. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our strategic products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and customers.

With a strong background in software engineering and product development, you will oversee the design, implementation, and testing of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as experience in managing agile development projects and leading technical teams. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from developing new features to improving existing ones. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $225,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure that rewards performance and achievement.
