About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Collection Management and Office Administration professional to join our team at McLeod Enterprises.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing tenant files, and communicating with tenants in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing tenant files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing and sending certified letters to tenants.
  • Traveling to various locations for meetings and appointments.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to tenant inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years' experience working in an office setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00, commensurate with experience. The position is part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with some overtime as needed. A valid driver's license and liability insurance are required.
