About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator provides critical administrative support to our department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a liaison between Senior Director, Unit Directors, Manager, QM, and clinical staff, providing guidance, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
  • Manages payroll processes for clinical staff using KRONOS, tracks vacation time, and ensures accuracy of data.
  • Collaborates with Educators and management to facilitate licensure and regulatory compliance for licensed clinical staff.
  • Maintains databases, files, and communicates effectively with senior leaders, management teams, and stakeholders.
  • Participates in project management activities, including provision of clerical duties or higher-level involvement such as coordination of processes or events.
  • Provides technical support, utilizing computer skills to create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and graphs.
  • Composes and types correspondence, prepares reports, and assists in maintenance of physician contracts.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator with:

  • An Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (4 years).
  • Two years of experience in data collection and analysis and/or advanced secretarial support.
  • Advanced computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software quickly.
