Administrative Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant position at Layman Distributing, where you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks. The estimated salary for this role is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and deliveries.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, mailings, and filing.
- Support the sales team by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wholesale distribution environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
