About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our team at Under Armour. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for elevating our women's sportswear product line and bringing innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage multiple product platforms that align with our brand DNA, seasonal concepts, and category direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and product line management, to ensure key tactical deliverables are met.
  • Make key decisions related to product and procedure.
  • Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, technical packages, and BOMs.
  • Lead the creation and presentation of category content, including merch pages, decks, mood boards, and trim and fabric boards.
  • Partner directly with product and merch leads to deliver appropriate assortment.
  • Present as design lead at milestone meetings, design checkpoints, style design review, and color review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with typically eight (8) years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically six (8) years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Passion for designing compelling and cutting-edge products.
  • Strong design and creative research skills.
  • Solid understanding of construction and materials, preferably well-versed in manufacturing techniques.
  • Ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable working with a group.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and to successfully meet multiple deadlines.
Work Environment

This role is based in our New York office, with a hybrid work arrangement of three days in-office and two days remote. Relocation may be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $109,010.00 - $149,888.75 USD, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
