Job Summary

Warbird Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead the organization's HR operations in support of delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the HR team, setting and enforcing legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals, identifying ways to support this mission through talent management.
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the human resource management team, assisting with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other fields of study. Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • HR Certification is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of five years experience leading HR teams, preferably in a hospital system environment.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of state and federal labor regulations.
  • Strong ability to manage relationships and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to handle a variety of constituencies, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a complex environment with multiple priorities.
