Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and define technology or process-driven solutions that address the gaps.
  • Provide visionary leadership that aligns IT strategies with overall business objectives through development and execution of multi-year technical and business roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, processes, and procedures across IT organization to ensure robust, best-in-class, and consistent IT application management.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and business stakeholders to create, refine, and drive the IT Development & Integration roadmap, DevOps, and implementation of the solutions.
  • Design and implement best-practice processes, data & reporting, compliance, and system integrations impacting the full software engineering lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a technology-related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT Software.
