Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative I (Print) to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via various communication channels
- Focus on providing good customer service and contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide
- Perform various tasks including Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services
- Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed
- Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs
Mail/Courier Services
- Receive, sort, deliver, pick up, and process all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and United States Postal Services mail
- Track courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.)
- Research and route unidentified and generic mail
- Receive, log, deliver, and track messenger items
- Respond to customer requests
- Perform routine upkeep of equipment
- Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests
Copy/Print Production/Copy Center
- Reproduce all print requests promptly and accurately
- Review electronic files for print readiness, print documents, punch, bind, assemble, sort, laminate, and perform pre-delivery quality control check
- Receive, log, deliver, and track all activity for reporting purposes
- Respond to customer requests
- Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment
- Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests
- Perform daily convenience care functions as needed
Shipping/Receiving
- Ship and receive incoming and outgoing packages, materials, parts, or products and verify and maintain records of all shipments
- Receive shipments and count pieces, retain shipment paperwork, follow delivery schedule for incoming shipments, and secure customer signatures
- Operate shipping/receiving equipment, respond to customer requests, data entry, and maintain inventory
About You
- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills
- The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Less than one year of related experience
- Basic computer skills/technical knowledge
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises
- May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties
