Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via various communication channels
  • Focus on providing good customer service and contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide
  • Perform various tasks including Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services
  • Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed
  • Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs

Mail/Courier Services

  • Receive, sort, deliver, pick up, and process all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and United States Postal Services mail
  • Track courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.)
  • Research and route unidentified and generic mail
  • Receive, log, deliver, and track messenger items
  • Respond to customer requests
  • Perform routine upkeep of equipment
  • Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests

Copy/Print Production/Copy Center

  • Reproduce all print requests promptly and accurately
  • Review electronic files for print readiness, print documents, punch, bind, assemble, sort, laminate, and perform pre-delivery quality control check
  • Receive, log, deliver, and track all activity for reporting purposes
  • Respond to customer requests
  • Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment
  • Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests
  • Perform daily convenience care functions as needed

Shipping/Receiving

  • Ship and receive incoming and outgoing packages, materials, parts, or products and verify and maintain records of all shipments
  • Receive shipments and count pieces, retain shipment paperwork, follow delivery schedule for incoming shipments, and secure customer signatures
  • Operate shipping/receiving equipment, respond to customer requests, data entry, and maintain inventory

About You

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Less than one year of related experience
  • Basic computer skills/technical knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises
  • May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties
