Job SummaryThis is a full-time, remote position that requires strong legal research skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for helping others. As a Veterans Disability Hearing Attorney, you will be responsible for preparing clients for hearings, reviewing medical records, and advocating on behalf of veterans before the Board of Veterans' Appeals.

Responsibilities- Prepare clients for hearings by reviewing medical records, conducting research, and developing effective strategies- Represent veterans at hearings before the Board of Veterans' Appeals- Review and analyze medical evidence to build strong cases- Collaborate with case managers to ensure seamless client care- Stay up-to-date on changes in veterans' disability law and regulations

Requirements- Currently admitted to the bar in a U.S. state or territory- Preferred: VA accreditation, veterans disability or social security experience- Strong legal research skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities- Familiarity with remote work tools and software- Experience with case management software a plus
