About the Role:

SecureIt Tactical is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to become a vital part of our team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. This position entails supporting and potentially leading essential marketing activities, which include conducting research, providing direct assistance to the marketing director, analyzing relevant data, and contributing to various sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns, which encompass promotional activities, advertising, email communications, SMS outreach, and online advertising initiatives.
  • Evaluate website analytics and manage social media channels effectively.
  • Monitor and assess marketing metrics to gauge campaign success and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Create engaging content for blog posts, social media updates, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Devise and present innovative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behaviors, compiling reports through data collection, summarization, and analysis.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in formulating and assessing a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing promotional presentations.
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to team members while providing clear instructions for promotions or usage. Engage with customers and vendors as necessary.
  • Maintain an organized inventory and directory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and up-to-date while coordinating the creation of new materials as required.
  • Continuously seek and research new sources of potential customers, providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with contractors and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, demonstrating autonomy and flexibility.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A sense of urgency and accountability in daily tasks.
  • Preferred experience in shooting, tactical, hunting, or law enforcement sectors.
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva and Photoshop is advantageous.
