The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in the daily operations and strategic marketing initiatives of NUAIR. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this position will collaborate with various departments, including Business Development, Product Development, Operations, and Finance. Success in this role requires a proactive work ethic, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to professional growth in the marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging graphics for social media and email outreach.
  • Craft compelling narratives about NUAIR and its initiatives through diverse content channels.
  • Monitor and analyze online metrics (traffic, engagement, etc.).
  • Support the logistics and planning of domestic and international trade shows and conferences.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Director to enhance the NUAIR brand and its presence in the industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Applicants should be located in or around Syracuse, NY
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Familiarity with (preferred but not mandatory) the following tools:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Google Analytics
    • WordPress
    • Mailchimp
    • LinkedIn Advertising
