Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Derivative Flow Sales Analyst/Associate to join our team at RBC Capital Markets, LLC. This role will provide sales support to the IFG Sales business, handling secondary market trading, liaison between sales, middle and back offices, and general sales support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily sales activities and clients of the US Equity Derivatives Sales team
  • Internal pricing of equity derivatives transactions using in-house pricing and desk tools, including liaising with the GE sales teams, GE structuring and GE trading teams
  • Communicate clearly and accurately on all enquiries
  • Coordinate with other members of the GE US sales and trading team by sharing ideas, successful trades and leverage client relationships across all GELP regions and across the Capital Markets floor;
  • Handle client on-boarding requirements (KYC, KYD, AML, ISDA negotiating etc).
  • Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
  • Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
  • Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis.
Requirements
  • Strong Academic background Bachelor's degree (minimum), in a mathematical / economics or engineering discipline
  • Good presentation and communication skills
