We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of Federal and State employment and wage and hour laws, working collaboratively with onsite Team Leaders to educate and ensure compliance within stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain current knowledge of Federal and State employment and wage and hour laws
  • Work collaboratively with onsite Team Leaders to educate and ensure compliance within stores
  • Execute recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
  • Assist with research projects and special initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years human resources experience; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred but not required
  • 4 years experience conducting employee relations (ER) investigations or Bachelors degree in HR Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail oriented
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Public speaking experience

Working Conditions

  • Work performed in an office and occasional dealership settings
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about facilities
  • Ability to travel up to 50% annually, within assigned market/city
