Job Description
The Trade Desk is changing the way global brands and their agencies advertise to audiences around the world. We are looking for an experienced Client Service Director to lead our agency client meetings in collaboration with business development and trading counterparts. This role involves guiding problem-solving discussions and providing best-in-class client services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts and excellent communication, strategic, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the health of agency holding group and/or independent agency relationships as a strategic advisor
- Develop, nurture, and manage client relationships
- Lead key agency client meetings in collaboration with business development and trading counterparts

Requirements
- 7+ years of digital advertising experience with at least 2 directly managing and developing a team
- Experience in developing, nurturing, and managing client relationships
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
- Strong management and leadership skills through a collaborative team approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team, and industry groups

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement benefits, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time, vacation time, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
