As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with agriculture equipment, performing routine maintenance, and handling complex repairs and basic fabrications.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with agriculture equipment, perform routine maintenance, and handle complex repairs and basic fabrications.
- Supervision and Safety: Supervise field crew and ensure safety practices are followed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Custom Harvest and Field Supervisors to ensure timely harvests.
- Company Policies and Procedures: Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training in related responsibilities.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical exertion.
- Travel and Tools: Willingness to travel as needed and own tools.
- Preferred Qualifications: Valid driver's license and two years of mechanical experience with agriculture or heavy equipment (vocational/agriculture technical school training may substitute for experience).
- Hourly Wage: $25-$40
