- Familiarity with most ag equipment brands and their competitive products.
- Experience dealing with elevated customer issues.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
- Knowledge of Parts, Service, and Precision Ag Technology operations beneficial.
- Knowledge of financial metrics and marketing experience.
- Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, customer service, and both verbal & written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or equivalent experience beneficial.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
What We Offer:
- $80,000-$100,000 base salary + profitability incentive.
- Company truck with fuel card.
