Job Title: Home Care Supervisor COTA

At Community LIFE, we are seeking a skilled Home Care Supervisor COTA to join our team. As a Home Care Supervisor COTA, you will provide oversight, mentoring, and supervision to our Home Health Aides, who deliver community-based care to our program participants who are adults over age 55.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consistent support and supervision to our Aides using effective communication and guidance.
  • Develop partnerships with families and caregivers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to strengthen the relationship between the Home Care Department and the IDT.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in all aspects of home care.
Requirements:
  • Successful program completion approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current OTA licensure issued by the state of PA.
  • Five years of direct care experience with at least one year of experience working with the frail and elderly population.
  • Preferred: Two years of direct supervisory experience.

Compensation details: $58,000-$62,000 Yearly Salary
