Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to clients in their homes, promoting independence, and improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Implement a variety of physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to improve clients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to educate them on physical therapy techniques, provide guidance on home exercise programs, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Document client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move clients safely and comfortably.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
