Job Summary

AltaPointe Health is seeking a highly skilled Outreach Crisis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will be responsible for responding to crisis calls, providing face-to-face visits, and coordinating care with our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to crisis calls in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide face-to-face visits to consumers in their homes or community settings
  • Coordinate care with AltaPointe programs and services
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and outside sources to deliver services
  • Document all interactions and services provided in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a mental health discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
