Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop compelling visual narratives across various channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, print media, and outdoor advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assess and refine content through constructive feedback.
  • Work alongside colleagues to ensure unified and impactful visual communication.
  • Generate innovative ideas that align with our branding and promotional objectives.
  • Effectively plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with basic video editing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to receive and implement constructive criticism for design improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while making informed decisions.
