Job SummaryThe Service Advisor III will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at our service centers. Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Call Center, Retail, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer-reported service-related problems, translate issues into actionable work orders, and communicate with customers regarding service status.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
- Quality Control: Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure services and repairs are performed correctly.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of standardized work processes.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
